i-SHIFT System Symptom Troubleshooting - Does not become S mode or can not cancel S mode
Check for continuity between S-mode switch 5P connector terminal No. 2 and body ground.
Is there continuity?
YES

Repair open in the wire between the S-mode switch and clutch actuator subharness 10P connector.■
NO

Remove the clutch actuator assembly,
and check for change actuator subharness. If the wire harness is OK,
update the TCM if it does not have the latest software
or
substitute a known-good TCM,
then recheck. If the symptom/indication goes away with a known-good TCM,
replace the original TCM.
