Radiator fan relay, A/C condenser fan relay, Blower motor relay

Disconnect the under-hood fuse/relay box connector E (20P).
-
At the under-hood fuse/relay box side, do the following test.
Radiator fan relay:
-
Connect power and ground between terminals No. 5 (−) and the No. 8 (+). There should be battery voltage between terminal No. 13 and body ground.

Disconnect power and ground from terminals No. 5 and the No. 8 (+). There should be no voltage between terminal No. 13 and body ground.
A/C condenser fan relay:
-
Connect power and ground between terminals No. 4 (−) and the No. 16 (+). There should be battery voltage between terminal No. 12 and body ground.

Disconnect power and ground from terminals No. 4 (−) and the No. 16 (+). There should be no voltage between terminal No. 12 and body ground.
Blower motor relay:
-
Connect power and ground between terminals No. 1 (−) and the No. 8 (+). There should be battery voltage between terminal No. 3 and body ground.

Disconnect power and ground from terminals No. 1 (−) and the No. 8 (+). There should be no voltage between terminal No. 3 and body ground.
