Crankshaft and Piston Removal
  1. Remove the engine/transmission.
  1. Remove the transmission:
    • Without i-SHIFT
    • With i-SHIFT
  1. Without i-SHIFT: Remove the pressure plate, clutch disc, and flywheel.
  1. With i-SHIFT: Remove the pressure plate, clutch disc, and flywheel.
  1. Remove the crankshaft position (CKP) sensor cover (A), then disconnect the CKP sensor connector (B).
  1. Remove the harness covers (C).
  1. Remove the oil pan.
  1. Remove the oil pump.
  1. Remove the cylinder head.
