Alternator Control Circuit Troubleshooting
  1. Check for continuity between ECM connector terminal B41 and engine wire harness 6P connector terminal No. 4.
Is there continuity?
YES -
Check the WHT/GRN wire between the starter subharness 6P connector and the alternator. If the wire is OK, replace the alternator, or repair the alternator. ■
NO -
Repair open in the wire between the engine wire harness 6P connector and the ECM.■
