DTC P0602:
 ECM Programming Error
NOTE:
  • Before you troubleshoot, record all freeze data and review the general troubleshooting information.
  • When ECM update is not completed, DTC P0602 is stored.
  1. Do the ECM updating.
  1. Check for Temporary DTCs or DTCs with the HDS.
Is DTC P0602 indicated?
YES -
Substitute a known-good ECM, then recheck. If the symptom/indication goes away with a known-good ECM, replace the original ECM. ■
NO -
Troubleshooting is complete.■
