DLC Circuit Troubleshooting
  1. Measure voltage between ECM connector No. 2 terminal No. 19 and body ground.
Is there battery voltage?
YES -
Go to Step 42 .
NO -
Go to Step 51 .
  1. Turn the ignition switch ON (II).
