Cylinder Head Hydraulic Tappet Air Bleeding
  1. Fill a container with new 10 W-30 engine oil, and place the hydraulic tappet (A) in it. Press down on the check ball (B) with a thin wire (C). Bleed the hydraulic tappet of air by pumping the plunger (D) slowly until no bubbles come out of the hydraulic tappet.
  1. Install the hydraulic tappet to the rocker arm.
