Engine Oil Pan Removal

  1. If the engine is already out of the vehicle, go to Step 12 .
  1. Remove the drive belt (with A/C).
  1. Remove the A/C condenser fan shroud (with A/C).
  1. Disconnect the A/C compressor clutch connector, then remove the harness clamp. Remove the A/C compressor without disconnecting the A/C hoses (with A/C).
  1. Raise the vehicle on the hoist to full height.
  1. Remove the engine undercover.
  1. Drain the engine oil.
  1. Remove exhaust pipe A.
  1. Support the oil pan with a jack.
  1. Remove the lower torque rod.
  1. Remove a jack.
  1. Remove the oil level sensor cover (A), then disconnect the oil level sensor connector (B).
  1. Remove the two bolts (C) securing the harness holder.
