GRN
Ignition switch ON (II)
Check for voltage to ground: There should be battery voltage.
Blown No. 6 (P/W) (40 A) fuse in the under-hood fuse/relay box
Blown No. 30 (20 A) fuse in the under-dash fuse/relay box
Faulty power window relay
Faulty under-dash fuse/relay box

PUR
Under all conditions
Check for continuity between the No. 3 terminal and the power window master switch 22P connector No. 2 terminal: There should be continuity.
An open in the wire

RED
Connect the No. 7 and the No. 14 terminals and No. 8 and No. 1 terminals momentarily with jumper wires
Check passenger's power window motor operation: The window should go down.
Faulty passenger's power window motor
An open in the wire
8
BLU
Connect the No. 7 and the No. 8 terminals and No. 14 and No. 1 terminals momentarily with jumper wires
Check passenger's power window motor operation: The window should go up.
Faulty passenger's power window motor
An open in the wire
Reconnect the 14P connector to the passenger's window switch. Turn the ignition switch ON (II), and make these input tests at the connector.
If any test indicates a problem, find and correct the cause, then recheck the system.
If all the input tests prove OK, the control unit must be faulty; replace the passenger's power window switch.
