Interior Trim Removal/Installation - Cargo Area
NOTE:
  • Put on gloves to protect your hands.
  • When removing components, use the trim tools or equivalent.
  • Take care not to bend or scratch the trim and panels.
Rear Trim Panel
  1. Reverse the rear floor lid assembly.
  1. Remove the tailgate weatherstrip, as needed.
  1. Remove the rear trim panel (A).
    -1.
    Disengage the tabs (B) and hooks (C) on both sides from both rear side trim panel (D).
    -2.
    Detach the clips by pulling the panel up.
  1. Install the panel in the reverse order of removal, and note these items:
    • Check if the clips are damaged or stress-whitened, and if necessary, replace them with new ones.
    • Push the clips and hooks into place securely.
