Set a 5 mm hexagonal socket wrench into the special bolt securing the outer handle subprotector (A). Loosen the special bolt while pressing the hexagonal socket wrench perpendicularly to it. Remove the bolt, then remove the door cylinder (B) by releasing the hook (C) and detaching the harness clip (D).
NOTE:
If the head of the special bolt was worn out before loosening the bolt, use a commercially available screw extractor or a pair of vise pliers to remove the bolt.
