In the Manual Mode, while the driver selects the gear-shifting gear, gear-shift position is regulated so as to protect the system and prevent accident.

The gear shift position for the vehicle speed while driving is shown in the gear-shifting map.

The TCM regulates the shifting of gears according to the driving condition. If operating time is 110 ms (60 ms for ON, 50 ms for OFF) or below, it is taken as a signal noise and shifting gear is not done. Also, in shifting to another gear, skipping a gear is not possible.
