Clutch Pedal Replacement
NOTE:
  • Put on gloves to protect your hands.
  • RHD type is shown, LHD type is similar.
  1. Remove the connector bracket bolt (A) (RHD type only). Disconnect the clutch pedal position switch connector (B) and clutch interlock switch connector (C).
  1. Pry out the lock pin (A), and pull the pedal pin (B) out of the yoke.
  1. Remove the master cylinder mounting bolts (C) and clutch pedal mounting nuts (D).
  1. Remove the clutch pedal (E).
  1. Install the clutch pedal (A).
  1. Install the clutch pedal mounting nuts (B) and master cylinder mounting bolts (C).
  1. Apply grease to the pedal pin (D), then install it and new lock pin (E) to the yoke.
  1. Connect the clutch pedal position switch connector (A) and clutch interlock switch connector (B). Install the connector bracket bolt (C) (RHD type only).
