Navigation Stays on with ignition switch off
NOTE:

Always check the connectors for poor connections or loose terminals.

Before troubleshooting, get the navigation system anti-theft codes.

After troubleshooting, re-initialize the navigation system.

The vehicle may have been used for a show event. Check for a short jumper harness in-line with the navigation unit ‘‘C'' connector. If a jumper harness is present, remove it and return it to Tech Line.

With the key out of ignition.
