Engine is hard to start (MIL works OK, no DTCs set)
Diagnostic procedure
  1. Test the battery.
  2. Bleed the fuel system.
  3. Test the fuel filter water level switch.
Also check for
  • Low compression
  • Intake air leaks
  • Contaminated fuel
