DTC 61:
IG1 Voltage Low

Test the battery and check the connections.
|
Are the battery and connections OK?
|
-
Turn the ignition switch to LOCK (0).
-
Disconnect the VSA modulator-control unit 46P connector.
-
Turn the ignition switch to ON (II).
-
Measure the voltage between VSA modulator-control unit 46P connector terminal No. 40 and body ground.

Is there battery voltage?
|
|
YES
|

|
NO
|
-

Repair open (or high resistance) in the wire between No. 4 (7.5 A) fuse in the under-dash fuse/relay box and the VSA modulator-control unit.■
|
-
Turn the ignition switch to LOCK (0).
-
Reconnect the VSA modulator-control unit 46P connector.
-
Turn the ignition switch to ON (II).
-
Clear the DTC with the HDS.
-
Test-drive the vehicle at 15 km/h (10 mph) or more.
-
Check for DTCs with the HDS.
