Engine does not start (does not crank)
Diagnostic procedure
  1. Check for PGM-FI DTCs.
  2. Check for loose battery terminals or connections.
  3. Test the battery for a low state of charge.
  4. Check the starter.
  5. Check the inhibitor relay.
  6. Do the engine start switch test.
  7. Check the ignition switch or related circuits.
Also check for
  • Poor ground at G403
