Radiator and A/C Condenser Fan, Motor, Shroud Removal and Installation

Removal

Disconnect the hood switch connector (A), and remove the harness clamps (B).

Remove the radiator upper brackets (C), then remove the bulkhead (D).

Disconnect the fan motor connectors (A).
-
Remove the harness clamps (B) and coolant reservoir (C) from the shroud.

Remove the condenser fan shroud assembly (A), then remove the radiator fan shroud assembly (B) from condenser fan shroud side.
|
|
-
Disassemble the fan shrouds.
|
|
|
Installation

Assemble the fan shrouds.
|
|

Install the radiator fan shroud assembly (A), then install the condenser fan shroud assembly (B).
|
|

Connect the fan motor connectors (A).

Install the harness clamps (B) and coolant reservoir (C) to the shroud.

|
-
Install the bulkhead (A), then install the radiator upper brackets (B).
-
Connect the hood switch connector (C), and install the harness clamps (D).
-
Apply body paint to the bulkhead mounting bolts.
-
