DTC P1032:
Fuel Heater Relay Circuit Open
NOTE:

If DTC P0045, P0403, and/or P2008 is stored at the same time as DTC P1032, troubleshoot them first then recheck for DTC P1032.

Turn the ignition switch ON (II).
-
Clear the DTC with the HDS.
-
Do the FUEL HEATER ON/OFF in the INSPECTION MENU with the HDS.
-
Check for Temporary DTCs or DTCs with the HDS.

Intermittent failure, the system is OK at this time. Check for poor connections or loose terminals at the under-hood fuse/relay box and the ECM.■

Turn the ignition switch OFF.

Is the fuel heater relay OK?
|
-
Disconnect ECM connector No. 2 (58P).
-
Connect under-hood fuse/relay box connector J (10P) terminal No. 7 to body ground with a jumper wire.
