Drain the engine coolant.

Remove the engine oil pressure switch.

Remove the dipstick.

Remove the dipstick tube (A) and O-ring (B).

Remove the bolt (C) securing the harness holder, and remove the harness holder clamp (D).

Remove the lower radiator hose (A) and water bypass hoses (B).

Remove the harness clamp (A), then disconnect the crankshaft position (CKP) sensor connector (B).

Remove the thermostat housing (A).

Install the thermostat housing in the reverse order of removal. Always use a new O-ring (B).

Refill the expansion tank with engine coolant, and bleed air from the cooling system with the heater valve open.
