Disconnect the negative cable from the battery first, then disconnect the positive cable.

Remove the front emblem cover.

Disconnect the hood switch connector (A), and remove the harness clamps (B) and water pipe mounting bolts (C).

Remove the radiator upper bracket mounting bolts (A), then remove the bulkhead (B).

Disconnect the A/C compressor clutch connector (A), and remove the connector from the bracket (B), then remove the two bolts (C) securing the A/C condenser fan shroud.

Disconnect the fan motor connector (D), and remove the harness clamps (E), then remove the A/C condenser fan shroud (F).

Remove the drive belt.

Remove the A/C line from the clamp (A).

Disconnect the alternator connector (B), BLK wire (C) from the alternator.

Remove the harness clamp (D) from the alternator.

Remove the four bolts, then remove the alternator oil shield (A) and the alternator (B).

Install the alternator (A) and the alternator oil shield (B).

Connect the alternator connector (A), BLK wire (B) to the alternator.

Install the harness clamp (C) to the alternator.

Install the A/C line (D) on the clamp (E).

Install the drive belt.

Install the A/C condenser fan shroud (A), then connect the fan motor connector (B), and install the harness clamps (C).

Connect the A/C compressor clutch connector (D), and install the connector to the bracket (E).

Install the bulkhead (A), then install the radiator upper bracket mounting bolts (B).

Apply body paint to the bulkhead mounting bolts.

Connect the hood switch connector (A), and install the harness clamps (B) and water pipe mounting bolts (C).

Install the front emblem cover.

Connect the positive cable to the battery first, then connect the negative cable.

Set the clock.
