Remove the under-cowl panel.

Remove the air cleaner housing assembly.

Remove the air intake duct.

Remove the injector cover.

Remove the evaporative emission (EVAP) canister hose (A), brake booster vacuum hose (B), and positive crankcase ventilation (PCV) hose (C).

Remove the quick-connect fitting cover (A), then disconnect the fuel feed hose.

Remove the engine wire harness connectors and wire harness clamps from the intake manifold.

Remove the water bypass hoses, then plug the water bypass hoses.

Remove the throttle body.

Remove the heater hose clamp bracket.

Raise the vehicle on the hoist to full height.

Remove the intake manifold bracket.

Lower the vehicle on the hoist.

Remove the all intake manifold mounting bolts and nuts, then remove the intake manifold from the cylinder head.

Remove the harness clamps, then remove the intake manifold from the vehicle.

Install the harness clamps to the intake manifold.

Install the intake manifold (A) with new gaskets (B), and tighten the bolts and nuts in a crisscross pattern in two or three steps, beginning with the inner bolt.

Raise the vehicle on the hoist to full height.

Install the intake manifold bracket (A).

Lower the vehicle on the hoist.

Install the heater hose clamp bracket.

Install the throttle body (A) with a new gasket (B).

Install the water bypass hoses.

Connect the engine wire harness connectors, and install the wire harness clamps to the intake manifold.

Connect the fuel feed hose, then install the quick-connect fitting cover (A).

Install the EVAP canister hose (A), brake booster vacuum hose (B), and PCV hose (C).

Install the injector cover.

Install the air intake duct.

Install the air cleaner housing assembly.

Install the under-cowl panel.

Clean up any spilled engine coolant.

After installation, check that all tubes, hoses and connectors are installed correctly.

Refill the radiator with engine coolant, and bleed the air from the cooling system with the heater valve open.
