Rust-preventive Treatments - Undercoating Diagram
  1. Paint the undercoat on the under surface of the Fig (A) areas, and dry the undercoat surfaces.
    NOTE:
    • Coating thickness 0.4 mm (0.016 in.) MIN.
    • Front wheelhouse coating thickness 0.5 mm (0.02 in.) MIN.
    • Rear wheelhouse coating thickness 1.3 mm (0.05 in.) MIN.
  1. Spray the soundproof coat on the under surface of the Fig (B) areas.
    NOTE: Coating thickness 1.3 mm (0.05 in.) MIN.
