Headlight Leveling Motor Replacement
Removal
  1. Remove the headlight assembly, then remove the headlight bulb.
  1. Put a tape (A) behind the caps (B).
  1. Remove the caps by striking them with the hammer.
  1. Remove the two TORX screws from the headlight leveling motor (A).
  1. Wrap the clip band (B) around the headlight leveling motor.
  1. Pull the clip band (A), then remove the headlight leveling motor (B).
  1. Disconnect the 3P connector (C) from the headlight leveling motor.
Installation
  1. Reconnect the 3P connector (A), and install the headlight leveling motor (B).
  1. Tighten the two torx screws, then install the new caps (C).
  1. Pull the reflector (A), then install the pivot (B) to the fixing clip (C).
  1. Confirm the following:
    • The reflector does not shake.
    • The connector is attached to a prescribed clamping.
    • There is no garbage in the housing.
