Dashboard Center Upper Lid Removal/Installation
NOTE:
  • Take care not to scratch the dashboard and related parts.
  • Do not pry the panel surface with any tools to prevent damage.
  • When removing components, use the trim tools or equivalent.
  • LHD is shown; RHD is symmetrical.
  1. Pry up on the outside edge of the dashboard center upper lid (A) at the notch (B) with a trim tool.
  1. Gently pull out the bottom of the dashboard center upper lid (A) to detach the clips, then remove the lid.
  1. Install the dashboard center upper lid in the reverse order of removal, and note these items:
    • Check if the clips are damaged or stress-whitened, and if necessary, replace them with new ones.
    • Push the clips into place securely.
