Dashboard Vent Removal/Installation
Driver's Vent
NOTE:
  • Take care not to scratch the dashboard and related parts.
  • LHD is shown; RHD is symmetrical.
  1. Remove the screws securing the driver's vent (A), then remove the driver's vent from the instrument panel (B).
  1. Install the vent in the reverse order of removal.
Center Vent
NOTE: Take care not to scratch the dashboard and related parts.
  1. Remove the screws, and release the hooks (A), then remove the center vent (B).
  1. Install the vent in the reverse order of removal.
Passenger's Vent
NOTE:
  • Take care not to scratch the dashboard and related parts.
  • When removing components, use the trim tools or equivalent.
  • LHD is shown; RHD is symmetrical.
  1. Insert the trim tool into a gap between the passenger's vent (A) and the dashboard.
  1. Gently pull out the passenger's vent (A) to release the hooks (B) and tabs (C), then remove the vent.
  1. Install the dashboard vent in the reverse order or removal.
