Front Passenger's Airbag Replacement
Removal
  1. Disconnect the negative cable from the battery and wait at least 3 minutes before beginning work.
  1. Disconnect the front passenger's airbag 4P connector (A) from the dashboard wire harness.
  1. Remove the mounting bolts (A) and mounting nuts (B) from the bracket. Remove the front passenger's airbag (C).
Installation
  1. Place the new front passenger's airbag (A) into the bracket. Tighten the front passenger's airbag mounting bolts (B) and mounting nuts (C).
  1. Connect the front passenger's airbag 4P connector (A) to the dashboard wire harness, then reinstall the glove box.
  1. Reconnect the negative cable to the battery.
  1. Connect the HDS and clear the DTCs.
  1. After installing the airbag, confirm proper system operation: Turn the ignition switch ON (II); the SRS indicator should come on for about 6 seconds and then go off.
